Tasting notes :
Visual: pale golden colour
Nose: Great fruit and mineral intensity
Palate: Round and powerful wine. A touch of spiciness and a hint of exotic fruits on the palate suggest a small proportion aged in oak. This wine has a good texture and a good concentration with enough acidity to keep the palate in check.
Practical guidelines :
Food/wine matches: Top-quality fish (monkfish, sole or turbot), either meunière or with a cream sauce, white meat (poultry or veal).
Present and future: As a product of its terroir, this young wine is still keeping its guard up. It will be ideal for tasting when it has been aged for around 3 years. It will keep for between 8 and 10 years.
