Location : The hill of Grands Crus is located near the village of Chablis. Grand Cru Valmur is sited between Vaudésir, Les Clos and Grenouille.

Aspect : Facing South/South-East .
Wine-making : 100 % elaborated in oak barrels (80% demi-muids and 20% new barrels). Alcoholic fermentation between 18 and 20°C ; after malolactic fermentation aging on fine lies during 10 months.

Visual : pale golden color
Nose : First nose reveals all the aromatic richness of this wine ; floral notes come after aeration
Palate : Generous and well-structured wine ; it expresses its terroir in a subtle combination of mineral aromas and notes of dried fruits and honey.
Practical guidelines :
Food/wine matches: The complex subtlety of this wine allows it to be drunk with best dishes as lobster, scampi or crawfish. Once aged, because of its richness, it may perfectly match with foie gras.
Present and future: It will be ideal for tasting when it has been aged for 3 years. It may be cellared for 10 years.
