Particularity : Wine produced by old vines (60 years old) - aged in stainless steel tanks + 5 % old oak barrels

Tasting notes :

Visual : Golden robe

Nose : Typical Chablis nose : nice minerality, with riped fruits aromas and a touch of bergamot. Great intensity.

Palate : Pleasant mouthfeel : supple, crisp, fruity flavors. Round and generous this wine is well structured. Fine mineral notes on the palate ending with a nice freshness.


Practical guidelines :

Wine / food matches : wonderfull with poultry, white meat and fish with creamy sauce

Present and future enjoyment :  May be cellared 6 to 8 years
