Aspect: South - South West slopes

Particularity : The age of the vines is between 30 and 40 years old.

Tasting notes :

Visual : Pale golden robe

Nose : Great notes of ripe fruits aromas (peach, apricot) enhanced by citrus notes

Palate : A remarkable aromatic intensity, well structured. This wine delights with its generosity and its very refreshing finish, ending by nice mineral notes 

Practical guidelines :

Wine / food matches : wonderfull with smoked salmon or grilled fishes - lovely with scalopes

Present and future enjoyment :  May be cellared 6 years
